Pickled vegetable marrows

    Cut vegetable marrows to lobules. Cut garlic to little pieces. Stir all ingredients and add sunflower oil and vinegar. Put weight on the surface of mix. Dish will be ready after 24 hours. Not for storing!

You can take all ingredients proportionally in  lesser quantity.
vegetable marrows – 5 kg 
garlic - 300 g
one tuft of  parsley
one tuft of tarragon
one tuft of dill
four table spoons of salt
six table spoons of sugar
0,5 l of sunflower oil
vinegar - 300 g
