Stewed cod

    Cut cleaned and  disembowelled cod to pieces and put it into pot. Filled pot with cream to 2/3 then add milk and covered pieces of cod. Cut carrot up to rings. Then put on the stove and wait for boiling. Add cut onion, pepper seeds, cardamom  and stew on slow fire about 25-35 minutes. Pour in dessert spoon of olive-oil and put bay leaf b just before the ending of stewing . Serve with boiled potatoes.

0,5 l 33% cream
0,2 l of milk
1 carrot
1 onion
5-15 pepper seeds (black , white and fragrant pepper)
1 dessert spoon of olive-oil
salt and spices  - to your taste
