Squid salad.

    Boil cleaned squids about 20 minutes then wash in cool water. Cut squids by rings or stripes. Cut red onion by rings. Put squid rings into plate and add salt and hot pepper powder. Put onion rings above squids. Add mayonnaise. Put into cool place by a couple of hours. Salad may be mixed before eating.

1-2 onions
100 g of mayonnaise
salt and pepper powder
