 Chicken & Dumplins

4 pieces of chicken (boney pieces are better, necks side pieces)
Boil chicken until meat comes aloose from bone. Pull all meat from bones.  Let meat remain in broth from the chicken. Make dough as if making biscuits.  Roll dough until it is thin. Take knife and cut into long thin strips. Take strips of dough and pull apart with each part about 4 inches long (8cm) Drop into chicken and broth and cook until dough is cooked done. Use own judgement as to how much dough strips should be added to broth.  Add salt and pepper to suit own taste.
